When I saw an Aroma Nativo on Glitch's menu in Tokyo, I went for it and again, loved it. That's why we're excited to share this as an add-on with you all!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMore about the coffee from TANAT:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe return of the EFM is here, with a lot specially developed for Tanat!\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eThis coffee reveals an intensely fruity and floral profile, marked by elegant notes of rose, lychee, jasmine and lemon.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eThe EFM, for Extended Fermentation Method, begins with a rigorous selection of the most ripe cherries, which first ferment anaerobic, whole, in order to concentrate the aromas directly in the heart of the fruit. After depopulation, a second fermentation takes place in airtight barrels, in the presence of carefully chosen native yeasts and bacteria, which strengthens the sweetness and provides a remarkable aromatic depth.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eOnce the fermentations are completed, the coffee is dried slowly for fourteen days under parabolic greenhouses, then rests for three months in a temperature-controlled chamber to stabilize and refine its profile. The result is a coffee of great delicacy, with a silky texture, intensely fruity and with a refined floral finish.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eAroma Nativo, founded by Luis Marcelino, has been working for several years to enhance the work of talented but often not very visible Colombian producers.
