Brew tips

A 1:15 ratio and coarse grind works best for this heavily processed coffee to make sure not to over-extract. We ground at 700 microns.

Using any dripper and 93C (200F) water
0:00 bloom with a quarter of total water
0:40, 1:00, 1:20 add another quarter each time
