Brew tips

We tried to lean into the cherry coke and berry jam notes and here's what we found: You can go all the way to 1:14 for a really jammy cup. 93C water, ~650 microns. Flat bottom to get a lot of balanced sweetness. This coffee drains fast, that's okay!
