January Add-On
Our add-ons are offerings that are harder to come by in the US and that are coffees that we would usually add on ourselves when placing our monthly orders. Add ons will come with the same brew card and recipe as everything else.
TANAT: Aroma Nativo
Note: TANAT will be add-on-only. There will not be a TANAT coffee as part of our regular lineup.
Well who would've thought we're bringing TANAT back so soon? To be honest, it was the perfect storm so let us explain it:
1. Our TANAT feature in October, the Elida Estate: Catuai Natural ASD, was a huge hit amongst subscribers.
2. Matthias ordered the TANAT advent calendar and it is so well done and all the coffees have been delicious so far — to be honest it far exceeded expectations.
3. TANAT just released this specific coffee and it is one that we can't possibly pass up on. It's also one that we haven't seen available in a while so now is the time to do it. Why are we so excited about it? Read on...
Our first ever coffee from TANAT was an Aroma Nativo and it was unique and beautiful and an instant local favorite in the Triangle. When I saw an Aroma Nativo on Glitch's menu in Tokyo, I went for it and again, loved it. That's why we're excited to share this as an add-on with you all!
More about the coffee from TANAT:
The return of the EFM is here, with a lot specially developed for Tanat!
This coffee reveals an intensely fruity and floral profile, marked by elegant notes of rose, lychee, jasmine and lemon.
The EFM, for Extended Fermentation Method, begins with a rigorous selection of the most ripe cherries, which first ferment anaerobic, whole, in order to concentrate the aromas directly in the heart of the fruit. After depopulation, a second fermentation takes place in airtight barrels, in the presence of carefully chosen native yeasts and bacteria, which strengthens the sweetness and provides a remarkable aromatic depth.
Once the fermentations are completed, the coffee is dried slowly for fourteen days under parabolic greenhouses, then rests for three months in a temperature-controlled chamber to stabilize and refine its profile. The result is a coffee of great delicacy, with a silky texture, intensely fruity and with a refined floral finish.
Aroma Nativo, founded by Luis Marcelino, has been working for several years to enhance the work of talented but often not very visible Colombian producers. With initiatives such as the Veci project, Luis provides them with modern facilities and advanced fermentation techniques in the Huila and Quindío regions, revealing the uniqueness of each terroir through innovative lots of exceptional quality.

People Possession: WWE – Wild Watermelon Experience {Blend}
We need to be honest here... When finishing our lineup for next month, we felt that "the funk" was a bit underrepresented. Now some folks will be thrilled to hear this, but for those that will be sad, we knew we had to bring a banger. People Possession's Blueberry Pie Magic (October 2025) was likely our subscribers' all-time favorite funky coffee from us. So we're bringing on its sibling to the lineup (regular, not add-on). And since we know some of y'all love these coffees so much, we couldn't deny you the opportunity to get yet another sibling!
All of People Possession's blends currently include a unique different coferment from the Los Patios farm in Colombia, blended with a natural or washed coffee from a different origin country. Stay tuned to find out what's coming in the main lineup but for now, here's your opportunity to get one more of these wild ones!!
