Big Sur: Esmeralda Fundador 3ANB Natural Geisha

Big Sur from Shanghai, China, has been on our radar for a while. Known for its excellent ultralight roasts, I got to try some of their roasts earlier this year thanks to Airworks bringing them in.

Harvested on January 6, 2026, this is as fresh as it gets. I still reminisce on a wonderful bag of Esmeralda Natural I bought at Three Marks a year ago and hope this will make me remember.

Pink floral, Floral nectar, Juicy peach, Peach pulp

60g original bag - $48
30g in our packaging - $25

Retail at Big Sur: $48 + shipping

Archers: Lost Origin Santa Maria Yeast Inoculation Geisha

Bryan's coffee of the year 2025 was a Lost Origin Santa Maria. This is only the second time we've seen one offered, so we're going for it. Lost Origin also produced the coffee that Esther Kim used to win 2026 US Brewers Cup and it also was the biggest component of Ash Wike's blend she used to place second.

Pineapple, mango, orange candy, hibiscus

50g original jar - $44
30g in our packaging - $27

Retail at Archers: $38.12 + $30.50 shipping

One Half: Panama Los Cenizos #183 Geisha Natural

Matthias' favorite natural geisha of all-time was this coffee's sibling. In November, we featured Lot 172, also roasted by One Half out of Malaysia. That one was sold in single dose vials. So in comparison, this one could be considered a bargain ;)

Magnolia, pink rose, apricot, tangerine, blueberry

100g original bag - $83.33
60g in our packaging - $51
30g in our packaging - $26

Retail at One Half: $83.33 for 100g + shipping

Mazelab: El Socorro Geisha Washed

Have you checked out the list of accolades on Mazelab's website?
If that wasn't already enough, George Peng took the WBrC title using the Solo Dripper made by Mazelab, and a feature here felt inevitable.

You might remember the El Socorro Geisha we offered roasted by April. It was a hit. Honestly, this might be my most anticipated addition this month as being able to taste the same coffee roasted by different roasters is something I always look forward to. It just gives an insight as to how differently roasters approach their roasting and how that translates to flavor.

White blossom, citrus, nectarine, panela

100g original bag - $32
60g in our packaging - $20

Retail at Mazelab: $30.19 + $89 shipping

One Half: Malaysia MY Liberica JH Natural

Leon from Little Waves recently took the stage at WOC to sound the alarm — coffee as we know it could be endangered within our lifetimes. It got us thinking: if he's brave enough to explore what comes next, so are we.

Some of you might have tasted this Liberica (a different species of coffee) before as we shared some doses, but we felt this one deserved a proper spot in your rotation. Whether you're here for the education or just want a wildly expressive blender with through-the-roof sweetness, this is your bag.

Now — we've heard the whispers. "Burnt tires." 👀
Growing up in South East Asia, I'd beg (and bag) to differ. I can relate to the tasting notes and what I taste is something incredibly sweet and fruit-forward. [Note from Matthias: but if you do taste burnt tires - well we did kinda warn you...]

Come in with an open mind. Liberica doesn't ask to be Arabica — and that's exactly the point.

Raspberry yogurt, rambutan, longan, sarsi

100g original bag - $20.20
60g in our packaging - $13

Retail at One Half: $20.20 for 100g + shipping

Archers: El Vergel Deaf

You guys have recommended decaf from El Vergel a lot! Transparently, neither of us have gotten to try any so this will be our chance (and your chance to get more if you're already a fan!)

Berries, caramel, peach, cinnamon

250g original bag - $19
60g in our packaging - $6

Retail at Archers: $17.70 + $30.50 shipping

About Add-Ons

Our add-ons are offerings that are harder to come by in the US and that are coffees that we would usually add on ourselves when placing our monthly orders. Add ons will come with the same brew card and recipe as everything else.
