November Add-On

We're bringing back add ons! We will be focusing on one or two offerings that are harder to come by in the US and that are coffees that we would usually add on ourselves when placing our monthly orders. Add ons will come with the same brew card and recipe as everything else.

DAK: Lady in Red

This coffee is not for the faint of heart. Last year, it stood out on the cupping table — some loved it, some.. did not. Cherry cough syrup was a flavor descriptor that was thrown around. Whether you love it or not, it is one of the most unique and in-your-face coffees we have ever tasted. When we saw DAK's description of this year's harvest, we knew we would have to get it:

Lady in Red is back - the famous Pacamara from Finca Zarza is now offered as a similar process as the previous one (aerobic + anaerobic fermentation) but then washed instead of being dried in the cherry (natural). The result is similar, but with less booziness than the last one. It's tasting like cherry lollipop, citrus and lavender.

One Half: Panama Los Cenizos #172 Geisha Natural Ferment

Nestled in the highlands of Cerro Punta, Panama, Finca Los Cenizos is a family-owned and operated estate that has quickly made its mark on the world stage. Since 2019, the farm has been a consistent standout at the Best of Panama competition, earning top placements across multiple categories. 

Most recently, at BOP 2025, they took 2nd place in the Geisha Natural category and 6th place in Geisha Washed — a testament to their exceptional quality and craft.

This particular coffee comes highly recommended by Shing Win, the 2025 Malaysia Barista Champion — and if there’s one roaster we trust with coffees of this caliber, it’s One Half from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We know single-dose coffees can feel intimidating, but trust us — this one will be worth it.
