More info
The Baraona family is a well-recognized coffee producer in El Salvador, known for consistently producing high-quality specialty coffee.
The farm is currently led by fifth-generation producer Diego Baraona, following the passing of his father, Gilberto, who was a close friend of Nylon’s. Nylon began working with Gilberto eight years ago and are proud to continue their relationship with the family through Diego.
Gilberto's extensive knowledge in building state-of-the-art wet and dry mills resulted in world-class facilities atop the Tecapa volcano. This is Geisha variety that impresses with loads of light citrus and peachy notes.
