Brew tips

We recommend a 1:15 ratio. This coffee is quite forgiving in extraction, offering a delightful combination of berry and chocolate flavors.

This one is special because there aren’t many roasters from origin countries showcasing its coffee, and Juan is one of the few who does it — and does it exceptionally well!

If you’re someone who typically avoids coffee bags with “chocolate” or “choco” flavor notes, we’d love to challenge you to step outside your comfort zone with this one.

All we ask is that you approach it with an open mind, because this cup is bound to impress. It features a deep, rich sweetness, with notes of high-quality, fruity dark chocolate, dark berries, and a finish that reminds us rum-soaked cherries.
