We featured this coffee for its fun interpretation of the Pacamara variety. While Pacamaras may typically offer chocolate and brown spice notes, this cup delivers bright citrus acidity reminiscent of grapefruit and pomelo, complemented by cherry sweetness, and a cacao nib finish. True to its variety, it maintains the signature creamy mouthfeel that Pacamaras are known for.
