Brew tips
Best at a 1:15 ratio. This coffee has tons of apricot and lime acidity and also browned sugar sweetness. Depending on how much you extract, you can play around with the balance between the two. Grind finer for more brown sugar and coarser for more fruity acidity.

At the heart of Juan Dario Gomez’s family farm is a dedication to regenerative farming practices. With meticulous care, they provide shade and utilize organic fertilizers, prioritizing both land preservation and coffee quality.
Ripe berries are harvested by hand, pulped and carefully fermented for 96 hours. The beans are then meticulously dried for 20 to 30 days, ensuring even drying and optimal flavor development.
