Brew tips
Use a 1:15 ratio and pick the brewer based on the profile you want to accentuate: High clarity, sweet, complex, yet balanced with a lighter tactile when brewed with a flat bottom brewer at 800 microns. Or highlight the tropical and juicy notes with a conical brewer at 620 microns.

During a recent trip to NYC, Bryan tasted this coffee as an espresso at Terremoto Coffee. He was amazed by its sweetness and balance, with vibrant tropical fruit notes. The barista's warmth and detailed explanation of their relentless efforts to dial in this espresso shot convinced Bryan that this was a special find worth sharing.
Notably, this coffee comes from Edinson Argote, the same producer behind December's Coffee #1, the Advanced Natural SL28 roasted by KWC.
