This exciting coffee is grown by 350 small farmers at their Banko Gotiti station in Yirgacheffe. Coffee is always picked by hand, and grown alongside other food crops. The nutrient-rich, reddish-brown soil and high altitude contribute to the coffee's unique aromatic profile.
In recent seasons, they have embraced the use of new processing methods and this anaerobic lot is a perfect example of modern Ethiopian flavor. It enhances the region's renowned terroir, resulting in a fruit-forward, floral profile not to be missed.
