Brew tips
Grind a bit finer than usual to get the most out of this washed coffee. At 1:16-1:17 ratio, you’ll get a lot of florals and jasmine. At 1:15, you’ll find more lemonade, less florals.
More info
Sebastian Ramirez, a fourth-generation coffee farmer with over 12 years of experience, has evolved from a traditional grower into an industry innovator. He's renowned for his pioneering approach to both varietals and processing, particularly his expertise in fermentation techniques.
This lot features Pink Bourbon, one of Sebastian's favorite varieties. The process is meticulous: harvesting and depulping occur on the same day, followed by a 24 to 36-hour fermentation in traditional tanks and a triple wash. The result? One of the cleanest, most balanced coffees in Sebastian's impressive portfolio.
